What you will be responsible for:
- Operational management to ensure the effective operation of the hotel property
- Development of a marketing and sales strategy, responsible for the acquisition of new customers
- Creating and implementing an operational budget
- Implementing solutions and overseeing adherence to operational standards, optimising processes
- Building positive relations with guests, taking care of the quality of service and positive image of the hotel facilities
- Supervising and coordinating the work of staff
