What we require from you:

• Experience as a receptionist
• Availability - we are looking for full-time employees
• Ability to communicate freely in English
• Ability to respond quickly to guests' immediate needs
• Communication skills - working in hospitality means constant contact with guests

What you will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day servicing of hotel guests and bookings
• Handling the hotel's e-mail and telephone correspondence
• Accounting for guests and issuing invoices
• Ensuring a positive image of the hotel
• Maintaining documentation and reports
